About Me

A smiling man with dark hair, beard, and mustache wearing a black collared shirt with a red logo, standing against a plain white wall.

For more than seven years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside NDIS participants and their families as a Support Coordinator and it's work I genuinely love. The NDIS can feel overwhelming, confusing, and at times frustrating, and my role is to help make sense of it all. I'm here to bring clarity where there's confusion, confidence where there's doubt, and a steady hand when life feels uncertain.

What drives me is simple: every participant deserves to feel heard, respected, and in control of their own life. I take the time to really understand the people I work with — their goals, their story, what matters most to them because no two journeys look the same. Whether someone needs help untangling a complex plan, finding the right providers, or simply having someone in their corner, I'm committed to showing up with patience, honesty, and care.

I've supported people with a wide range of needs, often in situations involving multiple providers, allied health professionals, and family members all working together. I have a soft spot for participants who want to take the reins themselves — those who are plan-managed or self-managed and want the freedom to choose their own workers, therapists, and supports. Helping someone step into that kind of independence is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Some of the ways I can help:

  • Support Coordination & Specialist Support Coordination — Building thoughtful, personalised strategies for participants with complex needs, always grounded in their goals.

  • Planning & Review Meetings — Standing beside you through planning, reviews, and change of circumstances meetings.

  • Plan-Managed & Self-Managed Participants — Supporting people who want to self-direct their funding and choose their own team with confidence.

  • Coordinating the Whole Team — Bringing families, providers, and mainstream services together so everyone is rowing in the same direction.

  • Independent Living — Helping participants design a life and living arrangement that feels truly their own.

  • Behaviour Support & Complex Needs — Working closely with practitioners to support participants experiencing behaviours of concern, including where restrictive practices are involved, with compassion and respect.

At the heart of it, my job is to listen, to advocate, and to help turn NDIS plans into real, meaningful change. If you're looking for someone who'll genuinely care about your story and walk this road with you, I'd love to hear from you.
